Originally founded in Mexico City, tunafolk is a design studio now based in Madison, Wisconsin, dedicated to creating innovative, eco-friendly solutions for architectural design, furniture, and decorative pieces. Born out of a desire to challenge the status quo of mass-produced, cost-driven design, TunaFolk’s mission is to harmonize aesthetics, geometry, and sustainability in every product..

Edgar Curiel
Founder
Specialized in descriptive geometry, Edgar leads our furniture and decorative piece design area. He's also responsible for 3D modeling and rendering. Guilty of causing insomnia and headaches for our manufacturers.
Monse Curiel
Architectural design
With a degree from UNAM and a focus on Sustainable Architecture and Development, Monse oversees and develops our architectural projects. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure that our work is always flawless and worthy of a perfect 10/10 recommendation.
